SUPPORT YOUR ART GALLERY

At the Thunder Bay Art Gallery, our goal is to provide the people of Northwestern Ontario with meaningful art experiences. This is made possible through a number of important activities.

We hope you will choose to support your public art gallery by getting involved. Here’s how!

Come see our exhibitions
We offer approximately 20 per year. There’s something for everyone.

Buy a membership
For yourself, for your family, or for your friends.
Membership benefits include free admission to the Gallery, admission to other Ontario art galleries (including the AGO), discounts in our Gift Shop and special Member’s prices for art classes, too.

Attend our events
Art auctions, house tours, Family Days, artist talks, and workshops are offered year-round.

Donate
The Art Gallery depends on the support of its members and community partners to achieve success. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation.

Shop!
The Art Gallery has an incredible Gift Shop with hand-made and one-of-a-kind jewelry, ceramics, cards, paintings, textiles, baskets, ornaments, the list goes on. Check it out!

Spread the word
One of the easiest ways to support the Gallery is by telling your friends and family about the Gallery. Make a date to bring a friend or tell your neighbour about an upcoming event. The more the merrier.

Rent our space
Hosting a wedding shower? Giving an important presentation? Welcoming colleagues from out of town for a conference? Consider using the Gallery as your venue.

Get involved | Become an Ambassador
The Art Gallery is undertaking a feasibility study to guide us into the future. In the coming months there will opportunities to share your opinions about the Art Gallery’s future. We welcome your involvement.

Volunteer
What a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, support the Gallery, and rack up community service hours. Contact us for information about different opportunities.
